BEST VISION LONDON is always on the look out for new faces, and would like to invite you to participate in our "on line" model search.Here are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions, which we hope will help you.
Q. HOW TALL DO I NEED TO BE?
A. Women should be at least 1,74, Men at least 1,83.
Q. HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE?
A. BEST VISION LONDON mostly represents young professional models over 14 for fashion and advertising work. The agency also has separate departments for older adults and kids.
If you are interested in those departments, you should contact them directly.
Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
A. You should send us at least 1 clear headshot and 1 clear bodyshot taken wearing a swimsuit with both your face and body clearly visible. Never send nude photos to anyone.
Q. DO MY PHOTOS NEED TO BE TAKEN BY A PROFESSIONAL?
A. No.
You can just ask a friend or relative to take a 36 exposure roll of 35 mm ( half headshots and half bodyshots). Try a variety of scenarios and expressions, and then choose the best two.
Q. SHOULD I WEAR MAKE UP IN MY PHOTOS?
A. No.
It's better that you don't so we can see the details of your face and your skin tone.
Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE A MODELLING COURSE?
A. No, you don't.
First, let BEST VISION LONDON advises you on your work possibilities, then you decide.
ATTENTION:
Unfortunately, many modeling courses and school are rip-offs. Check their qualifications and reputations carefully.
Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE A PORTFOLIO?
A. Not for now.
Once you have been accepted, you will be helped by your booker to build a book for you and your image.
Of course if you already have a portfolio though, you are welcome to send lazer copies.
Q.DO I NEED TO HAVE A "COMPOSITE"?
A. No. This is another thing the agency will help you with when the time comes
